open rating tournament with rating for ELO FIDE
participation of players without age and performance limitations
Swiss system of 7 rounds, 2x 1,5 h + 30 s/move
waiting time is 1 h in case of late arrival
starting fee: players accommodated through the organizer 100 EUR, others 143.5 EUR
fees for rating of the tournament results for ELO in the amount of 2.5 EUR per player charged according to the economic directive of the Chess Federation of the Czech Republic are included in the starting fee
material prizes for all players
criteria used for ranking and prizes distribution: 1. number of points, 2. Buchholz Cut 1, 3. Buchholz, 4. Sonnenborn-Berger, 5. greater number of games played with black.

All foreign players must have an assigned FIDE identification number (abbreviation FIDE ID or FID) at the time of the submission of the application form. If they do not have it, they have to apply their national chess federation for it.

Transport: interested parties will be provided with transport to and from the tournament venue (including transfer from and to the airport) by the Arowana Agency s.r.o. travel agency, Dagmar Jiroutova.
Approximate price is. 22,000 CZK; the recommended length of stay is at least 14 days (e.g. 25 March – 10 April).

Possibilities for spending free time: Thailand is a country where exoticism, quality services and low prices combine. Ko Lanta is one of the most beautiful Thai islands with a length of about 30 km. A Czech guide will be on site. From the offer of the accompanying program: a trip to Phuket, a boat trip, diving, snorkeling, riding elephants, visiting a snake farm, etc. It is ideal to extend your stay by a week after the end of the tournament and use it for the above activities.

Payments of the entry fee and accommodation must be sent in advance based on the agreement and issued invoice no later than February 15, 2024.
By participating in the tournament, the player gives the organizer the right to take photos and videos with his person and to use them.
